Coaches
This committee works to improve the quality of coaching and leadership in the league at all levels as well as identifying strategies to attract and retain those volunteers.

Fields
Coordinate the maintenance of  LMLL fields in season.
 
Fund Raising

Identify needs, establish objectives, and make recommendations for fund raising efforts required for targeted improvements.
 
Special Events
Coordinate and assist with year-round LMLL events such as Opening Day, the Memorial Day Ashburn Cup, and championship games.
