Playoff Brackets are LIVE!
We have playoff brackets built for 9 divisions and 72 teams! Wow!!
Much work has gone into the planning, and we expect final seedings and slots to be determined by tonight and tomorrow.
You can check out the brackets HERE and at LMLL.org under schedule. Simply select playoffs instead of Regular Season, there are all of the baseball and softball brackets (BB Jr/Sr has their own separate playoff schedule).
A few notes:
- Highest seeded team is ALWAYS the home team regardless of the bracket or what the TeamLinkt schedule might say.
- LMLL 40 pitch rule in AA/AAA/AAAA not in effect
- Little League Intl pitching restrictions/days of rest are ALWAYS in effect
- No time limits unless darkness or bad weather, play the full 6 inning game (7 innings for Intermediate). Keep the game moving and shorten warmups between half innings.
- HOWEVER, games do become official after 4th (or 5th in Intermediate) if there is darkness or bad weather. No continuations unless there is a tie.
- Speaking to ties, there aren’t any. Extra innings apply, 7th inning onward (8th for Intermediate) has a runner on 2nd base to start the inning, last out of the previous inning.
The most important rule is very good sportsmanship and behavior!
Things can get saucy, newcomers you will see! Stay Calm and….”fill in the blank”......umpire decisions are final, calls are calls, games are games. Don’t be “that” parent or “that” coach.
Issues? Contact your commissioner on the spot. For any play or dispute, if the next pitch is made then the game moves forward without recourse.

Second most important rule: HAVE FUN!!! Yes, there will be exhilaration and definitely many tears. How lucky are we to have this fun experience??!!
